Aakash 2 ready for release – Kapil Sibal

The much awaited cheapest Android tablet Aakash 2 which is now packed with more features and more powerful CPU, an upgraded version of low-cost Aakash tablet is now ready for release, HRD Minister Kapil Sibal today said.

“Unlike other tablet devices, Aakash can also be used to create computer programs, in Python, C, C++ and Scilab,” he said, adding it can be further used for accessing e-governance services.

Aakash 2 features capacitive multi-touch display and 800Mhz processor.

    Hey, do u mean…
    Tablet devices from Other companies could not be used for c/c++, java programming?
    Also is there any Tablet devices which supports Windows, Android and other Oses too?
    i mean users have options to install either windows or android, as per their requirements.
